Fair Lawn Holds 9/11 Memorial Service In Front Of Remembrance Wall

FAIR LAWN, N.J.– Fair Lawn's mayor and council is inviting the community to a memorial service on the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. at the 9/11 Remembrance Wall at the Municipal Building, 8-01 Fair Lawn Ave.

"Please join us as we honor our residents who perished on that day and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives to save so many others," read a statement from the governing body.

Fair Lawn residents who died that day:

Susan Huie, 43
Jennifer Lynn Kane, 26
Richard David Rosenthal, 50

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be in the council chambers.
